How do I book an appointment?
Appointments can be booked online through our booking link. If you’re unsure which service to choose, we’re happy to guide you.

Do you accept walk-ins?
We recommend booking in advance to ensure we can provide the full Bubbles & Mane experience. Limited same-day availability may be offered when possible.

Is a deposit required?
Deposits are only required for appointments outside of our normal business hours, as well as special event, large party bookings, multiple bookings, or longer appointment slots.

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, depending on the service. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

How should I prepare for a curly haircut?
Please come with clean, detangled hair styled as you normally wear it. We cut curly hair dry to honor your natural curl pattern and ensure the cut is accurate to your everyday style. This helps us shape each curl intentionally for volume, movement, and overall health.

What should I expect during my first visit?
Your visit begins with a thoughtful consultation followed by a personalized service designed to feel calm, intentional, and unrushed.

What makes Bubbles & Mane different from a traditional salon?
We approach beauty as a ritual, not a transaction. Every service is rooted in care, clean beauty, and creating space to slow down.

What is a scalp steaming ritual?
Our 30-minute Scalp & Hair Detox Treatment begins with a personalized scalp assessment, gentle exfoliation, and a charcoal hair detox, followed by a deep conditioning ritual and calming scalp massage. It concludes with a quick blowout, leaving your hair and scalp balanced, refreshed, and glowing.

Can I add a ritual to any service?
Yes—many of our scalp and conditioning rituals can be added to hair services.

Do you work with all hair types and textures?
Absolutely. Our services are designed to honor and enhance your natural hair.

Bridal & Special Events

Do you offer on-location bridal services?
Yes. Bridal hair and makeup services are available both in-studio and on location.

Please make sure to first email us directly to make sure we are available on your big day before booking any bridal services including a trial.

How far in advance should bridal services be booked?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding seasons.

Do you offer trials?
Yes, bridal trials are available and highly encouraged to ensure your day feels seamless.

Can I shop your retail space without an appointment?
Yes. Our boutique is open to guests looking for clean haircare, self-care books, candles, and thoughtful gifts.

What types of products do you carry?
We curate clean, intentional brands aligned with hair health, wellness, and everyday rituals.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes—digital and in-studio gift cards are available.

Wellness Events & Experiences

What types of events do you host?
We host workshops, brand pop-ups, private gatherings, and wellness-focused experiences.

Can I host a private event at Bubbles & Mane?

What is your late arrival policy?
Arriving late may shorten your service time. If we’re unable to accommodate, the cancellation policy may apply.

To preserve our calm environment, we kindly ask that guests attend appointments solo unless otherwise arranged.
